Hi, my name is Shari Maguire and I had to share with you one of my invention - the StoStic. The name is inspired by one of the products greatest strengths; its stow-ability.

The idea of the StoStic came to me while I was out on the trail with my horse. I spend my day working with horses and I use the trail for a lot of my schooling sessions. I needed a training stick that I (and my students) could use to send a horse over or under any obstacle and carry with me on the trail. I needed to have something I could just pull out of nowhere, use and then put away.

The training stick needed to be lightweight, easy to handle, and easy to carry. Something I could carry in my pony pack, saddle bag or back pocket. I had tried other cue sticks, lunge whips and whatever was handy, but they always were too heavy, cumbersome or just not that handy.

I’m sure you’ve noticed when a fly lands on a horse, even though the fly weighs so little, it’s able to get a reaction from the horse. So I figured I didn't have to have anything heavier than a fly to get my point across.

That's why I developed the StoStic; it's a handy, light-weight, telescopic training stick.
